White Chocolate Cheesecake Secret Recipe
Begin melting the chocolate in a heatproof glass.

Ingredients 175 g ginger biscuits 75 g butter 500 ml double cream whipped until forming soft peaks 500 g full fat cream cheese 300 g white chocolate melted and then cooled to room temperature 1 2 lemon 1 tsp vanilla extract. The rest is quite straight forward really i just added in the biscoff and then folded a few times and it made the perfect swirled mixture.
Vanilla in small bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Method crush the biscuits in a food processor until completely ground. Lastly add the white chocolate and blend until smooth. The white chocolate brandy sauce tops it off.

Then add eggs one at a time mixing in between. 4 packages 8 ounces each cream cheese softened 1 2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon all purpose flour 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 large eggs lightly beaten 2 large egg yolks lightly.
Stir until well mixed. This is a dense cheesecake that is very smooth and melts in your mouth. Combine sour cream and vanilla into the batter. Step 4 in a large bowl mix together cream cheese and 1 2 cup sugar until smooth.
