Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce Recipe

Melt butter with olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion carrot and celery and cook until soft about 7 minutes. Stir ground beef into vegetables and cook stirring constantly until meat is crumbly and no longer pink about 5 minutes. Cover reduce heat and simmer one hour stirring occasionally.
In large saucepan brown beef and pork.
