Recipe Zucchini Boats Ground Turkey
Place the zucchini cut side up in a 9x13 baking dish.

Then top each one of the boats with 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese and a tablespoon of parmesan. Spoon into zucchini shells. In a large skillet cook turkey onion celery garlic and seasonings over medium heat 6 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink breaking up turkey into crumbles. Transfer to two ungreased 13x9 in. Fill the hollowed out zucchini centers with the turkey and mushroom mixture. Sprinkle each boat with a little parmesan cheese.
