Recipe Zucchini Boats
With a teaspoon scoop out the flesh from the interior of the zucchini so they resemble boats.

Step 2 collect zucchini flesh with the other stuffing ingredients in a bowl and combine. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese and bake for 20 22 minutes. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp leaving 1 2 in.
